Shipping & Returns

Delivery is free but limited to South African physical addresses only. Although we try our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible, delivery may take from anywhere from 3-7 working days depending on your destination. Orders placed on weekends and public holidays will be attended to on the first business day thereafter. Please contact us if you would like to track your parcel and we will provide you with a tracking number.


If you are for any reason dissatisfied with your purchase, you may return it provided you have the original tax invoice and the item/s are returned in its original packaging within 30 (thirty) days of purchase. To arrange a return please email your name, reason for return and a photo of the product/s to and a customer care consultant will be in contact with you. We do not guarantee that you will be automatically refunded. The decision to refund is solely at the discretion of the company, having inspected the condition of the item/s returned.
